How It Works
Step 1 - Submit Your Request
Email us at support@uunatek.com with:
- Your original order number (from any authorized iDraw distributor or store)
- Your machine model (1.0 or 2.0, A4 or A3 size)
- A short video (10–30 sec) showing the machine’s condition and basic operation
Step 2 - Receive Evaluation Quote
Our team will review your machine and provide a trade-in quotation within 2–3 business days.
Step 3 - Ship Your Machine
We’ll send you a return shipping label (free for selected regions). Pack your machine securely and send it to our local warehouse or designated locations.
Step 4 - Get Your Gift Card
Once we receive and confirm your machine, you’ll receive a UUNA TEK Trade-In Gift Card by email — ready to use on your new 3.0 or H SE model.
Trade-In Evaluation System
Your trade-in value will be determined based on the model type, size, and condition of your old iDraw plotter.
